Architectural Visionary: Rod Ross brings a unique perspective to the Residence by Ross leadership team. An accomplished Residential Home Designer, Rod’s journey began with studies in Business at East Tennessee State University. Raised in government housing, he harbored dreams of crafting a beautiful home for himself and his family. In 2007, those dreams crystallized when he designed and oversaw the construction of his inaugural custom house—a pivotal moment that ignited his path in the realm of residential design and construction.

His innovative designs are characterized by a devotion to one-level living, ensuring homes that stand the test of time and cater to the future aspirations of homeowners.

With a background of 25 years in managing high-performance sales teams within the automotive and banking sectors, Rod’s expertise extends far beyond residential design. Over the past 17 years, he has cultivated success in real estate investments, home design, and residential construction, establishing himself as a multifaceted leader.
A Return to Roots with a Purpose: After traversing Nashville, Dallas, and the global landscape, Rod Ross found his way back to his hometown of Memphis, TN. His ultimate goal is to leave an indelible impact on the communities Residence by Ross serves. Through sustainable and attainable housing, as well as the development of family-centric neighborhoods with bespoke amenities, Rod is committed to shaping communities and making a difference.

A Journey to Inspire: Tammie’s journey to becoming a licensed General Contractor was fueled by a deep passion for helping others achieve their dreams of homeownership. Before embarking on this path, she enjoyed a distinguished 15-year career at one of the world’s largest banks. Throughout her tenure, she excelled as a Regional Sales Director, Vice President of Business Controls – Risk Management, and Director of Strategic Partners. With 18 years of experience in the real estate industry, she is also a licensed Real Estate Agent—further solidifying her expertise in the field.
